Scott has been working in the real estate environment for over 10 years and has accumulated extensive knowledge of sales, new construction, design/build remodeling, and specialty contracting. It is with this knowledge that Scott has been able to guide homeowners concerning effective strategies to help optimize home values during real estate transactions.
He has been actively involved with the Atlanta REALTORS Association since 2013 and currently resides as Chair of the Association’s Training & Development Committee. Scott has a strong focus on education, continuous improvement, and keeping current with real estate trends.
Scott has the heart of a teacher and a passion for sharing his knowledge of real estate and building and construction.He has facilitated training classes to well over 1,000 real estate agents regarding the potential pitfalls of a home inspection and how to effectively navigate these problems during a real estate transaction.
While attending Kennesaw State University, Scott earned a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. He has a diverse background including; sales, business development, marketing, and training. Prior to real estate, Scott held positions in medical, dental, and orthopedic sales.
Scott and his family reside in Johns Creek where he maintains an extensive network and knowledge of the area. He is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family at his kids’ sporting events, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, and many other outdoor activities.
